I havent recieved my withdrawal

If you have not been credited for an withdrawal yet, these are some tips on getting your withdrawal! First, you should double check if your payment information is correct, as we can't unsend a payment that has been made to the wrong address. Second, you should wait for 24 hours, as that is the maximum time for us to manually verify payments. If you've done all the above and still have not recieved a payment, please contact us. We sometimes stop payments for security problems or other unseen issues with your account.
